BLCKR was founded in Sweden in 2023 and is the only EU-based company focused exclusively on institutional, verified signal isolation for critical electronics. We address a specific and growing problem: protecting electronics during storage, transport and active operations — in environments where software-based cybersecurity is insufficient and where the consequences of failure are unacceptable.
The company is currently conducting a capital raise to accelerate commercialisation and international expansion.

The right timing
Regulatory requirements — NIS2, GDPR and national security directives — are compelling organisations to take physical security seriously. Escalating state-sponsored cyber threats and rising defence budgets are creating structural demand that is not dependent on economic cycles. Sweden's MSB/MCF has concluded that intentional electromagnetic interference is already being used by hostile actors against public authorities and systems.
A defensible niche

Proven traction
Functionally tested and deployed by a European Police Agency. Active partnerships within the security and defence sector. Pipeline of 1.5+ MSEK under active development. Target of EBITDA profitability by end of 2026.
Capital will be used to accelerate production and delivery capacity, build out sales and partner infrastructure, complete certification and independent testing, and strengthen the core team across sales, operations and procurement.
